The remaining task of Mr. Vu Tien Thanh is to help them become more combative, more elite, and strong enough to confront other opponents in the V-League.

Another task of this Technical Director in helping to improve HAGL's performance is to select better foreign players to create momentum for the team. Foreign players are also one of HAGL's weak points in the second half of the 2023-2024 season and the beginning of the 2024-2025 season, the first period when Mr. Vu Tien Thanh worked at HAGL.
