Comment and contribute solutions for urban planning, renovation, drainage, and trees

At the same time, it is recommended that the Da Nang City Construction Association promote research and mobilize members to apply building information modeling (BIM) in the construction sector, especially public investment projects with a scale of level 2 or higher.

In addition, organize seminars and workshops for members to understand the new contents of the laws recently passed by the National Assembly such as: Housing Law, Real Estate Business Law, Land Law; propose solutions to the city for urban renovation, especially urban reconstruction in old urban areas and residential areas with underdeveloped infrastructure; propose solutions to renovate old apartment buildings and urgently prevent urban flooding in the face of extreme rain trends, concentrated rain in a short period of time...

The Association also needs to further promote the contributions of intellectuals and businesses in the construction sector to contribute to the construction and development of Da Nang city.

According to the report of the Da Nang City Construction Association, the association currently has more than 630 members participating in activities at 46 branches.

In 2023, the association, its branches and members actively participated in consulting, criticism and social appraisal; contributed comments on draft architectural development orientations, urban planning projects, construction planning, Lien Chieu port planning...

In 2024, the association will focus on improving the quality of its activities, especially actively participating in consulting, criticism and social appraisal, focusing on consulting, criticism, contributing ideas and solutions for a number of projects, proposals and planning schemes of the city, especially zoning plans, technical infrastructure, surface drainage elevation and flood prevention, renovating and developing trees...

Along with that, research to promote the application of BIM in construction activities in the city, information technology, new construction technology, GIS. Each association has an initiative to improve technology in the construction field.

On this occasion, the Da Nang City Construction Association announced the decision to establish 3 new branches.
