Traffic diversion for the political art program "Proud of Vietnam"

On August 17, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission coordinated with relevant agencies and units to organize the political art program "Pride of Vietnamese People" at My Dinh National Stadium Square (Tu Liem Ward). Hanoi City Police divided traffic and organized directions for the following types of vehicles:

Time for road closures, temporary closures, and vehicle restrictions: From 12:00 p.m. on August 17, 2025 to the end of August 17, 2025.

Completely prohibit all vehicles (except vehicles with security badges, vehicles of the Police, Army and other priority vehicles as prescribed by law) from circulating on the following routes: Le Quang Dao (from Me Tri to My Dinh Stadium Square), Le Duc Tho (from Tran Huu Duc to My Dinh Stadium Square).

Temporarily banning cargo vehicles with a cargo weight of 500 kg or more, passenger vehicles with 16 seats or more (except buses, garbage collection vehicles, incident response vehicles, vehicles with security badges, vehicles of the police force, the army and other priority vehicles as prescribed by law) and restricting private cars and motorbikes from operating on some routes: Le Quang Dao (from Me Tri to Thang Long Boulevard), Le Duc Tho (from Tran Huu Duc to Ho Hung Mau), Me Tri, Tran Huu Duc, Ham Nghi, Nguyen Co Thach, Do Xuan Hop, Tan My, Nguyen Hoang, Chau Van Liem, Thang Long Boulevard service road (from Pham Hung to Le Quang Dao), Ho Tung Mau, Cau Dien, Trinh Van Bo.

During the above time, Hanoi City Police organize directions for vehicles to detour, avoid prohibited, temporarily prohibited, and restricted areas as follows: Vehicles from National Highway 32 to Thang Long Avenue: go through Provincial Road 70 or Ring Road III... and vice versa.

For other routes and vehicles, comply with the regulations on the operation of vehicles in Hanoi issued under Decision No. 06/2013/QD-UBND dated January 25, 2013 of the Hanoi People's Committee (amended and supplemented in Decision No. 24/2020/QD-UBND dated October 2, 2020 of the Hanoi People's Committee) and other regulatory documents of competent authorities.

Propose the Department of Construction: Based on the traffic diversion notice, direct functional units to adjust bus routes, limit operations on routes according to the notice content; at the same time, temporarily stop looking after vehicles on streets where the above vehicles are completely prohibited.

Require all vehicles participating in traffic to voluntarily and strictly comply with the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety and follow the instructions and traffic flow of the authorities.
