On June 15, in Hanoi , the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, and the National Traffic Safety Committee jointly launched the communication campaign "Youth with traffic culture" on social networks in 2023.
The campaign aims to promote the vanguard role of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Vietnam Youth Union, the Vietnam Student Association and young people in propaganda work to ensure traffic safety and order; raise young people's understanding of the Road Traffic Law; legal regulations on handling violations when participating in road traffic; and build young people's awareness of voluntarily complying with the law in ensuring traffic safety and order.
In addition, the Youth Union and Association propose creative solutions to maintain traffic order and safety to help reduce the number of cases, deaths and injuries caused by traffic accidents; promote the spirit of volunteerism and creativity of young people in using social networks to promote traffic culture.
The time to implement the communication campaign is from June to December 2023, including developing communication products to post on social networks of Youth Union and Association organizations at all levels on contents related to youth and traffic culture; good and creative models to propagate and raise awareness and responsibility of youth in participating in traffic.
Media products will be posted on fanpages of the Union and Association such as: Central Youth Union Information Portal, Vietnam Youth Union Fanpage, Vietnam Student Association Fanpage; Youth Union and Association fanpages at all levels; Thanh Giong Knowledge Portal fanpage, Tiktok account of Thanh Giong Knowledge Portal; fanpages related to youth and traffic culture... including topics such as: Building sitcoms with situations that often occur in reality when participating in traffic to raise awareness of union members, association members, and youth, thereby integrating propaganda messages andeducating young people when participating in traffic; building a set of pictures, photos with information on the topic of youth and traffic culture; building infographics and motion graphics to provide useful information for union members, association members, and youth when participating in traffic...
*Within the framework of the campaign activities, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union coordinated with units to organize a traffic culture propaganda contest on the social networking platform Tiktok with the theme "Young people who drink should not drive".
Contestants are Vietnamese citizens aged 16-30. The contest is to create short video clips on the Tiktok platform with meaningful and creative content to promote not drinking alcohol while participating in traffic; condemning the behavior of drinking alcohol while participating in traffic among young people. Video clips posted on the Tiktok platform must be accompanied by the hashtag: #thanhnienvoivanhoagiaothong #dauongkhonglai.
The contest takes place from now until September 15, 2023, with 01 First prize worth 5 million VND; 01 Second prize worth 3 million VND; 01 Third prize worth 2 million VND; 5 Consolation prizes, each worth 1 million VND; 1 Most Voted Prize based on the number of likes, worth 2 million VND./.
