Nearly 480kg of frozen food of unknown origin discovered

Detected 480kg of frozen food of unknown origin.

Through actual inspection, the authorities discovered a large quantity of goods with signs of administrative violations, including: 140kg of frozen chicken feet without labels, no name, address, packaged in white plastic bags, weighing 1kg/package and 240kg of pork bones, packed in cartons, weighing 10kg/carton; 99.6kg of whole chicken, packed in cartons, weighing 16.6kg/carton with foreign-made labels.

The total amount of goods inspected was nearly 480kg. At the time of inspection, the business owner, Mr. Vu Van Thanh, could not present invoices or documents proving the origin of the above goods.

Market Management Team No. 5 has temporarily detained all of the above goods to verify, clarify and handle them according to the provisions of law.
