Promoting the spirit of August Revolution and National Day September 2nd to build a rich and civilized homeland

79 years ago, on August 19, 1945, under the leadership of the Party and President Ho Chi Minh , the people of the whole country rose up, carried out a general uprising, and seized power. The great victory of the August Revolution in 1945 was a brilliant milestone, a great turning point for the Vietnamese people, the crystallization of the tradition of ardent patriotism, indomitable will, refusing to lose the country, refusing to be slaves.

With the victory of the August Revolution in 1945, on September 2, 1945, at the historic Ba Dinh Square, President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence, giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam), turning our country from a semi-feudal colony into an independent, free, and democratic country.

Over the past 79 years, promoting the great value of the August Revolution and the spirit of National Day September 2, our entire Party, people and army have won great victories in the struggles for national liberation, national unification and protection of the Fatherland, leading the Vietnamese revolutionary cause to achieve great achievements of historical significance in the renovation process, continuing to light the way and encourage our people to overcome all difficulties and challenges to achieve great victories; our country is becoming more and more dignified and beautiful; our people have an increasingly prosperous and happy life; our country's prestige and position are increasingly enhanced in the international arena...

Effectively applying the great value from the lessons of the August Revolution in 1945 and through the revolutionary periods, in recent years, the Party Committee, government and people of Ninh Thuan have overcome many difficulties and challenges, promoted the spirit of responsibility, solidarity, unity, and efforts in labor and production, achieved many important achievements in Party building, building the political system, creating many new positive changes. The role of the Front and mass organizations has been promoted; the great national unity bloc has been strengthened. The economy continues to develop at a fairly high growth rate, ensuring rapid and sustainable development. Politics and society are stable, national defense, security and social order have been consolidated and strengthened. The cultural and social fields continue to change synchronously and clearly; people's lives continue to be significantly improved...

Promoting the spirit of the August Revolution in 1945 and National Day on September 2, the Party Committee and people of Ninh Thuan vow to unite, strive to compete with the highest determination to successfully complete the socio-economic development goals and tasks in 2024 and the entire 2020-2025 term; at the same time, prepare for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, towards the 14th National Party Congress. Continue to effectively carry out the work of building and rectifying the Party and the political system to be clean and strong, associated with promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, building Ninh Thuan homeland to be increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized.
