Gold price up to 130.6 million/tael, nearly 20 million higher than world price

After surpassing the 130 million mark on August 31, the gold price continued to rise to 130.6 million VND/tael. The difference between the world and domestic gold prices reached nearly 20 million VND/tael.

On September 1, DOJI , SJC, and PNJ brands simultaneously listed gold bar prices at 129.1 - 130.6 million VND/tael (buy - sell), stable compared to early yesterday morning, but the highest level in 3 consecutive sessions.

Both gold bars and gold rings stabilized at record highs.

Similarly, other brands such as Bao Tin Minh Chau, Phu Quy... traded gold bars at 128.1 - 130.6 million VND/tael (buy - sell).

Also continuing to stabilize at a record level, the price of SJC and DOJI gold rings is at 122.5 - 125 million VND/tael (buy - sell).

On the world market, on the morning of September 1, the spot gold price on Kitco was trading at 3,450.7 USD/ounce, up 0.06% in the past 24 hours, equivalent to an increase of 2.06 USD/ounce.

Converted at the current exchange rate at Vietcombank , the world gold price is equivalent to about 108,826 million VND/tael (excluding taxes and fees).

Converted according to the USD exchange rate on the free market (26,740 VND/USD), world gold costs about 111.22 million VND/tael (excluding taxes and fees).
