During the past term, the Party Committee of the Center has been united, proactive, creative, and comprehensively completed the goals set forth in the Resolution of the 2nd Congress.

The Center has successfully organized 9 training courses for primary technical staff, 14 training courses on professional skills, law and maritime knowledge; 12 training courses on foreign languages.

Education and training work is constantly innovating in content and methods, effectively applying information technology, digital transformation and modern simulation in training.

Major General Le Dinh Cuong, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Vietnam Coast Guard, gave a speech.

In addition, the Center actively implements important projects such as the Project on foreign language training and development for the Coast Guard force in the period of 2022-2030; Project on building a team of teachers and educational managers in the Army. The team of cadres and teachers are interested in training to improve their professional and pedagogical capacity, with more than 90% having university degrees, of which the proportion of postgraduates is increasing. Scientific research activities, document compilation, and improvement of teaching aid models are taking place actively and effectively.

Speaking at the Congress, Major General Le Dinh Cuong highly appreciated the achievements of the Party Committee of the Center in the past term, and emphasized that the Center needs to continue to promote its potential and strengths to build itself into a "Regular, exemplary, modern, and developed" educational and training institution, associated with the motto "The quality of the school's training is the combat readiness of the unit".

The Party Executive Committee of the Coast Guard Training and Professional Development Center for the 2025-2030 term was introduced to the congress.

Delegates attending the 6th Congress of the Vietnam Coast Guard Party Committee introduced themselves to the congress.

He requested the Center to constantly and fundamentally innovate the content, methods, and education and training programs; promote the application of information technology, digital transformation, and associate it with the "Digital Education for the People" movement in the Army.

Continue to effectively implement the Project on foreign language training and development for the Vietnam Coast Guard; further promote the coordination relationship with functional forces, local authorities, academies and schools inside and outside the Army. At the same time, well perform the task of field trips combined with mass mobilization work "Coast Guard with ethnic and religious compatriots", in order to strengthen the solidarity relationship between the army and the people, and build safe military bases.
