Accordingly, encourage enterprises to invest in innovation of production technology, prepare conditions to be able to issue shares and list shares on the stock market to attract indirect investment capital from the private sector nationwide. Improve the efficiency and quality of planning and development plans for each type of production and business activity in the border gate area; strengthen and improve the efficiency of calling for investment support. Central capital focuses on investing in upgrading two types of international border gates and main border gates, investing in the construction of unfinished works; upgrading roads leading to the border gate area when there is enough capital. Successfully and sustainably attract the participation of a large number of Vietnamese and Lao enterprises, as well as the social community in investment projects to develop the border gate system; promote forms of capital mobilization by socialization such as attracting capital from ODA sources, public-private partnership, especially attracting investment capital from foreign investors in infrastructure in border gate economic zones; issue preferential tax policies for foreign investors. Implement well the work of recruiting and training workers; After recruiting workers, it is necessary to have a plan to improve professional skills and expertise through each stage to meet the assigned tasks, in accordance with the actual situation. Build a team of border management and control officers with high professional qualifications; ensure good health; improve foreign language and IT skills for border gate officers to do a good job of procedures and handle situations when working with foreign guests; regularly organize training courses on border gate work and foreign affairs for officers performing duties at the border gate.Kim Oanh
