Accordingly, apply compulsory measures to implement the decision to reclaim land with an area of 4,171.3m² for Loi Hung Ceramics Production and Trading Company Limited, located at 3/85 Binh Phu Quarter, Binh Chuan Ward, Thuan An City.
The company is currently managing and using a part of land plot No. 625, map sheet 12, located in Binh Chuan ward to implement component project 6: Compensation, support and resettlement of Ring Road 3 section through Binh Duong province under the Investment Project to build Ring Road 3, Ho Chi Minh City, section through Thuan An city.
The Land Recovery Enforcement Board has deployed the regulations and plans for organizing the enforcement to the Board members and participating units. At the enforcement site, the representative of the Enforcement Board read the decision on the enforcement of land recovery.
It is known that the land area after the enforcement, the Land Acquisition Enforcement Board will immediately hand over to the Provincial Traffic Construction Project Management and Investment Board to receive and carry out the construction of the project.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Uy, Vice Chairman of Thuan An City People's Committee, Head of the Land Acquisition Enforcement Board, said: After the enforcement of this case is completed, the site clearance and compensation work of the entire Ring Road 3 section passing through Thuan An City is almost 100% complete and ready to hand over to the construction unit.
During the implementation of compensation for land acquisition for the Ring Road 3 project, the section passing through Thuan An City, the city leaders have made great efforts, determination, and focused on implementing the provisions of the Land Law, in which the city has always focused on mass mobilization work, identifying this as an important political task.
The locality has actively coordinated with city units and agencies to focus on propaganda and mobilization, and has received high consensus from people in the compensation and clearance areas where the project passes through, to comply with the handover of the site as soon as possible.
