Approval of site clearance stake placement for Bao Loc

This decision paves the way for site clearance, one of the key stages for the project to be implemented. Accordingly, site clearance stakes and road boundary markers will be placed according to detailed technical standards, in compliance with Decree 165/2024/ND-CP and current regulations on the Road Law and the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety.

The approval of the GPMB stake-laying dossier is an important milestone for the implementation of the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Project. Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee requests relevant units to coordinate closely to ensure that the GPMB work is transparent, fair, and in accordance with the law.

According to the Design Document for Site Clearance and Road Marking of the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Construction Project, the scope of site clearance is clearly defined for each type of road (expressway, service road, cross-road), each area (urban, rural), and each type of construction (bridge, road).

Lam Dong Department of Construction is assigned to be the unit fully responsible for the content of appraisal and approval. The Provincial Traffic Project Management Board is assigned to coordinate with related units to implement the next steps.

The Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway Project is expected to create a great driving force for the socio -economic development of Lam Dong province in particular and the Central Highlands region in general. The project is implemented under the public-private partnership model.
