On the morning of November 23, the Department of Information and Communications organized a training course to disseminate and thoroughly understand the e-Government architecture for agencies and units in Ha Tinh province in 2023.

Attending the training session were representatives of leaders and IT specialists of provincial departments, branches and sectors; representatives of People's Committee leaders and IT specialists of districts, towns and cities.

Mr. Dau Tung Lam - Director of the Department of Information and Communications, Deputy Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Digital Transformation, thoroughly grasped the spirit of the conference.

Recognizing the role and development trend of e -Government , in recent times, many programs, plans, projects, and information technology and digital transformation projects have been widely deployed in state agencies at all levels, initially achieving important results, creating a foundation for e-Government development.

Based on the architectural framework issued by the Ministry of Information and Communications , Ha Tinh has also approved the Vietnam e-Government Architecture Framework V2.0 and is continuing to move towards V3.0.

Master Le Van Dung presented the main contents of the training conference.

At the training session, delegates were presented by Master Le Van Dung - Chief of Office of the Department of Information and Communications with the basic contents of the Ha Tinh 2.0 e-Government architecture, new points and priority implementation roadmap.

Accordingly, the e-Government architecture of Ha Tinh province is built to establish the foundation and orientation for the process of building the province's e-Government; contribute to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state agencies, enhancing information transparency and disclosure, providing better public services to people and businesses; building the province's e-Government, towards digital government, digital society and digital economy.

The formation and effective, tight and synchronous implementation of the provincial e-Government architecture version 2.0 aims to enhance the ability to connect, share data, share information technology resources, and digital transformation within the province and between the province and other relevant agencies and organizations nationwide; aiming to save costs and time in the province's internal operations, effectively providing integrated services to people and businesses, considering people and businesses as the center.

Strengthening the ability to monitor and evaluate investment in information technology and digital transformation, towards the synchronous implementation of the province's e-Government, with a suitable roadmap, limiting duplication; enhancing the ability to standardize and ensure information security in the implementation of e-Government; as a basis for orienting and building a development plan and roadmap for implementing information technology applications and digital transformation, towards a comprehensive digital management system, actively supporting the implementation of the province's strategic goals...
