In order to continue to successfully complete the task of firmly protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland, not to be passive and surprised in any situation, he requested that the officers and soldiers of Brigade 146 continue to promote the revolutionary tradition of the heroic Truong Sa Group; regularly study, grasp the situation, proactively advise the Party, the State, the Central Military Commission, and the Ministry of National Defense on policies and solutions to manage and protect the sea and islands of the Fatherland; handle complex situations at sea properly, promptly and effectively; maintain a peaceful and stable environment in the sea and islands of the Fatherland; build political bases and strategic areas on islands and island clusters, especially focusing on socio-economic development and constantly improving the material and spiritual conditions for officers and soldiers.
