Comrade Nguyen Minh, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee chaired the working session with Quang Son Commune People's Committee.

At the meeting, the leaders of the People's Committee of Quang Son commune reported on the implementation of tasks in 2025. In particular, the activities of the Commune Public Administration Service Center after more than a month of operation have initially entered into order, ensuring the reception and settlement of administrative procedures in accordance with the process and deadline, without causing inconvenience to the people.

Comrade Doan Van Phuong, Chairman of Quang Son Commune People's Committee, reported on administrative activities and national defense and security work in 2025.

From July 1st to now, Quang Son Commune Public Administration Service Center has received a total of 413 applications of all kinds, including 235 applications submitted directly and 178 applications submitted online. 283 applications have been processed, reaching a pre-determined rate of 96.1%.

However, due to limited facilities, unsynchronized technology infrastructure, lack of human resources and ethnic minority population accounting for nearly 50%, the digital transformation process and access to online public services face many difficulties.

Comrade Nguyen Ba Thang, Commander of the Quang Son Commune Military Command, proposed that superiors soon issue specific instructions on the organization and arrangement of specialized personnel for the Commune Military Command; support funding for renovating and upgrading the office headquarters and approving the national defense land planning at the commune level. At the same time, he proposed that the Provincial Military Command organize specialized training for part-time officers and review the payroll in accordance with local practical requirements.

Regarding national defense and security, Quang Son commune firmly maintains political security, social order and safety; successfully completes training, military recruitment, registration and management of militia and self-defense forces, mobilization reserves and closely coordinates between forces in the area. However, the commune still faces difficulties in organizing the staff, facilities serving the commune military command and funding sources for national defense activities.

Speaking at the inspection, comrade Nguyen Minh, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of Quang Son commune in implementing administrative, defense and security tasks in difficult conditions.

The leaders of the Department of Finance informed that they will support Quang Son commune with 500 million VND in the coming time. At the same time, they requested that the locality continue to propose and develop a medium-term public investment plan for the period 2026 - 2030.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant departments and branches to continue to closely coordinate with localities, review and advise the Provincial People's Committee to promptly resolve urgent recommendations such as: Upgrading and building working headquarters, supplementing information technology equipment, arranging specialized forces on technology and land, and promptly completing the two-level government model in a modern and effective direction.

Through the on-site inspection and listening to the report from the commune, comrade Nguyen Minh highly appreciated the serious working spirit, responsibility and high determination of the staff, civil servants and public employees of Quang Son commune. The entire political system of the commune clearly demonstrated the spirit of solidarity, unity, proactively overcoming difficulties to stabilize the organization and effectively implement the assigned tasks.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested Quang Son commune to continue promoting the spirit of initiative and creativity in performing tasks, focusing on improving the quality of service to the people, promoting administrative reform and maintaining political security and social order and safety in the locality.

At the same time, expressed satisfaction with the service spirit of officials and civil servants and the satisfaction of the people in the process of handling documents.
