Accordingly, on the morning of November 13, the unit deployed 15 employees and cranes to support the construction unit, Hung Nguyen Company Limited, in recovering power lines and overhead electric poles on Bui Thi Xuan Street.

According to the plan, the units will carry out the recovery of electric poles from Nguyen Du Secondary and High School to the road adjacent to Xuan Huong Lake, and must complete it by November 20 at the latest.
Meanwhile, for the road section from Nguyen Du Secondary and High School to the University Intersection, the construction unit has not yet completed the installation of underground cables for the electrical system. To speed up the project implementation progress, the Da Lat Electricity Management Team will support the construction unit with a plan to implement. Thereby, completing the recovery of electric poles along the entire route in November 2025.

Mr. Pham Nguyen Vu, Technical Officer of Hung Nguyen Company Limited, the project contractor, said that the company is urgently coordinating with the electricity industry to relocate the remaining electric poles.
The project to upgrade and expand Bui Thi Xuan Street is 1.65km long, with a total investment of 109 billion VND. The project aims to complete the inner-city traffic system, contributing to the beautification of the civilized and modern urban area of Da Lat.

In particular, the undergrounding of technical infrastructure system is an important part of the work, including the construction of more than 3,135 meters of new technical trenches on the sidewalk and cable ditches across the road; relocation and reinstallation of nearly 1,812 meters of 22kV underground cable, along with thousands of meters of existing power lines and telecommunication cables.
Up to now, the construction of technical trenches and installation of underground power lines have been basically completed. The work of reclaiming existing power lines and concrete poles has only reached about 40% of the volume, with many locations still not yet completely handled.

The project is currently in the final stages of completion, but dozens of concrete electric poles and exposed power lines still exist on the route, causing loss of urban beauty and posing potential traffic safety risks.
This situation requires drastic intervention and synchronous coordination of relevant units to soon complete infrastructure, ensuring safety and aesthetics for Da Lat city.
