The implementation of offshore wind power projects in the South Central Coast 1.3, 1.4, 2.1, 2.2 is in accordance with the National Power Development Plan, in accordance with the List of offshore wind power projects until 2030 according to the adjustment of the National Power Development Plan for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 768/QD-TTg dated April 15, 2025.
