Nghia Ky Bac Primary School was established in 1988; in 2002 it was recognized as meeting national standards and by 2024 it will continue to meet the standards for the 2024-2029 period. Currently, the school has 734 students and 22 classrooms. Over the years, the school has always maintained its orientation of building a friendly and safe learning environment; focusing on improving teaching quality and completing the standardization of the teaching staff.

The school has seriously implemented the directives of the province and the Department of Education and Training, promoted the application of information technology in management, teaching and learning; promoted digital transformation; effectively implemented the "Digital Education for All" Movement with the participation of 100% of staff, teachers and students. More than 100 online exercises have been deployed, contributing to improving students' ability to apply technology.
