Railway industry stops running 4 Thong Nhat trains on November 19 due to floods

QNgTV- Due to complicated rain and flood developments in the South Central region, especially from Nha Trang station to Dieu Tri station, the Vietnam Railways has decided to stop running 4 North-South Thong Nhat passenger trains during the day.

Specifically: train SE7 departs from Hanoi ; SE6 departs from Saigon; SE21/SE22 departs from Da Nang/Saigon. Previously, on November 17-18, 6 passenger trains had to stop running, bringing the total number of affected trains to 10.

The railway industry has deployed the feature of online ticket refund without charging fees for affected passengers. Passengers who receive notification of train stoppage via SMS or Zalo can return tickets online at website dsvn.vn or at the station, the system will automatically refund to the account used when paying.

Passengers need to ensure to enter the correct phone number, email and booking code for system authentication.
