Subject Ngu Trong Hien came to the police station to surrender.

The investigation determined that on April 1, 2024, Mr. Le Hoang Tam signed a contract to rent a Mitsubishi Xpander car to Ngu Trong Hien for 18 million VND/month. After 1 month of renting, Hien did not return the car but made many promises, then fled and cut off contact.

On October 8, 2024, Hien's mother redeemed the car and handed it over to the investigation agency to return the car to its owner.

After the police agency decided to prosecute the case, prosecute the defendant and issue an arrest warrant for Hien, the suspect fled the area. On November 15, the Investigation Police Agency of An Giang Province Police issued a wanted notice for Hien for the crime of "Abuse of trust to appropriate property".
