Construction, logistics, and technical teams are busy completing the exhibition space, installing equipment, testing LED screens... ready to welcome tens of thousands of visitors and experience modern payment technology.
Busy completing the exhibition space, paying attention to every detail
In the center of Ho Chi Minh City, financial institutions, banks, and businesses have begun to set up frames, decorate, and conduct technical checks. According to Tuoi Tre Online 's records at noon on June 13, it is not difficult to see technical teams running back and forth, some measuring, some pasting decals, some testing lighting, some testing TVC introductions...
Ms. Truong Quynh Dieu - the person in charge of a construction unit - shared that she was in charge of items such as building booth walls, covering gables, designing signs, printing POSM... Everything had to be rushed but could not be careless. Every detail had to be the correct size and position as per the technical drawing.
15 years of experience in the event organization industry helps Ms. Dieu appreciate the scale and significance of this year's event.
"Cashless Day is not just a media program, but also really touches real life. There was a brother who dropped his wallet while climbing a construction scaffold, and the whole wallet of cash flew everywhere.
Now switching to paying by e-wallet, card... is much less risky" - Ms. Dieu said.
At Sacombank , Mr. Tran Van Hung and his teammates are completing the final stages. He said that the unit mobilized a team of highly skilled construction workers to ensure aesthetics and accuracy for every detail.
"The walking street is an open space, the face of the city. Making a booth here requires calculating every centimeter, making it beautiful, safe, and in harmony with the city landscape," said Mr. Hung.
The SHB area is equally busy. Mr. Hoang Bao, the person in charge of the event unit, is directing the technical team to test the sensor LED. The new feature is that when guests move, the sensor will capture the action and display any effect on the screen.
Booths are designed according to strict brand identity standards, measuring every detail to screw in the right position.
At JCB's space, Mr. Tam is testing TVC, audio and interactive devices. Some other units such as VPBank, MoMo, VIB, BIDV , MB Bank... have also nearly completed the preparation stage.
Meanwhile, the VPBank area attracts attention with its large area, eye-catching design, vibrant lighting, and staff working continuously from early morning.
A Sacombank official who came to the booth to directly check the progress said that the unit aims to complete the space before 8:00 p.m. on June 13, but it is possible to finish early to have time to check, test the technology, and train operating personnel.
"Digital icons and technological elements are densely arranged, because our bank focuses on conveying a strong digital message in financial services," he shared.
