Phu Binh: Deploying tasks to reorganize the apparatus

On the afternoon of April 16, Phu Binh District Party Committee held the 29th Conference of the District Party Executive Committee, term 2020-2025, to deploy tasks related to the organizational arrangement of the political system.

Delegates expressed their opinions at the Conference.

Implementing the directive documents of the Central, Provincial and Phu Binh District Party Committees, the Steering Committee and Working Groups have established a Steering Committee and a Working Group to assist the Steering Committee in collecting public opinions on the Project on rearranging commune-level administrative units in Thai Nguyen province and the Project on rearranging and merging administrative units in Bac Kan and Thai Nguyen provinces.

According to the draft Report on the plan to arrange commune-level administrative units in Thai Nguyen province, Phu Binh district is expected to arrange from 20 communes and towns down to 5 communes, including: Phu Binh, Tan Thanh, Diem Thuy, Kha Son and Tan Khanh. This arrangement is based on adjacent geographical locations, with many similarities in natural conditions, historical traditions, culture and ethnicity...

Regarding the collection of people's opinions on the Project on rearranging commune-level administrative units in Thai Nguyen province and the Project on rearranging and merging administrative units in Bac Kan and Thai Nguyen provinces, Phu Binh district plans to carry out the project in 3 days (from April 17 to 19), the form of implementation is to distribute questionnaires to collect opinions from households.

The People's Committees of communes and towns are responsible for implementing the contents related to collecting people's opinions, such as: posting the list; developing a plan to collect opinions; establishing groups to collect opinions; receiving ballots; synthesizing, reporting the results and submitting to the People's Councils of the same level... On this basis, the District People's Committee is responsible for synthesizing and making a report on the results of collecting people's opinions to report and submit to the District People's Council; synthesizing the resolutions of the People's Councils at the district and commune levels, reporting to the Provincial People's Committee, expected to be completed before April 23.

At the Conference, delegates discussed and agreed on solutions to effectively implement the collection of public opinions according to the proposed plan.
