Phu Cu: 726 households and individuals dismantle illegal constructions on agricultural land

By May 2025, Phu Cu district had 726 out of 893 households and individuals voluntarily demolishing illegal housing and temporary houses built on agricultural land, reaching 81.3%; clearing 56 out of 67 new and re-offending cases.

At the same time, the district has cleared 100% of violations of traffic works protection corridors; cleared 21 out of 33 violations of irrigation works protection corridors; cleared 31 cases of dike violations (reaching a rate of 100% of violations).

In addition, the district has cleared 3 out of 4 illegal construction material trading sites, and in one case, the District People's Committee has issued a decision to impose an administrative penalty and force the restoration of the original status.

In the coming time, the district will continue to promote propaganda work and strengthen the handling of violations of illegal construction on agricultural land, protection corridors of traffic works, dykes, and irrigation works.
