Phuc Huynh entered the top 15 pickleball players on the PPA Tour

Winning the PPA Asia Tour - Vietnam Cup 2025, Vietnamese pickleball player Huynh Thien Phuc (Phuc Huynh) climbed to the top 15 in the international tournament rankings.

Phuc Huynh is currently the number 1 pickleball player in Vietnam in the men's singles category. After winning the championship at the Vietnam Cup 2025, the athlete born in 2000 has made great progress.

After 4 times participating in PPA Asia Tour 2025, Phuc Huynh has reached the final of the professional men's singles 3 times. In which he won 2 times in Vietnam and was runner-up at Fukuoka Open (Japan).

Phuc Huynh received a $5,000 bonus, 1,500 PPA Asia points and 1,000 PPA USA points. These points helped him conquer the rankings of the tournament system.

Phuc Huynh entered the top 15 of the PPA Tour in the US with 2,500 accumulated points. He is also the highest ranked Vietnamese tennis player after Quang Duong (ranked 6) had his contract terminated by UPA.

Unable to hide his pride in his personal achievements and representing Vietnam, Phuc Huynh said this was a big step forward and he is still trying step by step to move forward.

The 25-year-old’s achievements are not a result of luck. They are the result of a smooth combination of speed, control and a delicate feel for the ball. Phuc Huynh has become the pioneer of Vietnamese pickleball, putting the sport on the world map.

PPA Asia Tour ends with 6 events in 2025, Phuc Huynh's journey does not stop. He has accepted an invitation to compete with Quang Duong in Mumbai this coming December.
