The Mobile Library Service Program has the participation of libraries from Dong Nai, Binh Phuoc, Binh Thuan, Ninh Thuan, Binh Duong, Lam Dong, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Tay Ninh provinces and the Ho Chi Minh City General Science Library. The program attracts tens of thousands of students from 28 primary and secondary schools in the province.

Each Mobile Library serves readers at 3 school locations in Bien Hoa City, Long Khanh City and Vinh Cuu, Trang Bom, Thong Nhat, Tan Phu, Dinh Quan, Long Thanh districts. At each destination, the Mobile Library displays and serves more than 2,000 books, newspapers, and magazines; at the same time, organizes many games such as: quizzes with prizes, STEAM activities...
