Dong Nai allows investors to register to implement commercial housing projects through land transfer until May 30.

According to the above announcement, the Department of Agriculture and Environment invites organizations that have a need to implement a commercial housing project through an agreement on receiving land use rights or are currently using land to submit a registration application for implementing a pilot project with the following information: project registration form; a copy of one of the documents proving the right to use land in case of having the right to use land, an excerpt of the map or diagram of the location of the land proposed to implement the pilot project.

Time for submitting project registration documents from May 15 to May 30, 2025.

The attached documents for organizations in need of reference to prepare documents are: Dong Nai Province Housing Development Program; District-level land use planning, construction planning, urban planning (publicly announced on the electronic information pages of the People's Committees of districts and cities).

Registration documents are submitted directly to the Dong Nai Provincial Public Administration Service Center or submitted through the following services: public postal service, National Public Service Portal, Provincial Public Service Portal, and Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System.
