51 more households draw lots to receive resettlement land for Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project

In this draw, 51 households of Component Project 1 (including An Phuoc, Long Duc, Loc An, Long An communes, Long Thanh town) were randomly drawn to choose land locations in Long Duc Resettlement Area with 4 groups: main road lots, regular townhouse lots, large area lots, minimum lots.

Immediately after the draw, households will be guided by the District Land Fund Development Center in coordination with the Long Duc Commune People's Committee to hand over land and build houses right in the resettlement area.

The Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Construction Investment Project Phase 1 (section through Long Thanh District) has a total length of about 28km with a total reclaimed area of ​​nearly 228 hectares. Up to this point, the District People's Committee has approved and organized a lottery to hand over resettlement land to 800 households subject to land reclaimation, eligible for new housing arrangements in the Long Duc and Long Phuoc Resettlement Areas; 164 households are being reviewed, verified, and considered for resettlement; 754 households are not eligible for resettlement arrangements.
