In the space displaying Tuyet Diem salt at 28 Hang Buom, Hanoi's Old Quarter, there was a very special guest. He had come many times to learn about the salt making profession and Tuyet Diem salt products. He wrote a few introductory lines signed under a familiar pen name, which the public loved and easily recognized: Xich Lo. He was the Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, Le Minh Hoan.
