Plan to arrange and merge provincial enforcement agencies

On the morning of April 25, the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department held a meeting to direct the adaptation to the implementation of new targets, tasks and conditions and to develop scenarios and plans to streamline, arrange, consolidate and merge civil judgment enforcement agencies of Vinh Phuc province; collect opinions on the draft guidelines for resolving issues arising during the period of apparatus arrangement and the Law on Civil Judgment Enforcement (amended) and determine the need for a new model of the Judgment Enforcement agency headquarters.

At the Conference, the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department and districts and cities evaluated the work performed according to the programs and work plans of the Ministry of Justice and the province, thereby finding effective solutions to implement on schedule, ensuring the quality of assigned targets and tasks.

Deploy documents and resolutions of the Central Committee on professional tasks for civil judgment enforcement, document archiving management; reorganize administrative units at all levels; deploy tasks in developing scenarios, plans to streamline, arrange and consolidate judgment enforcement agencies to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

In particular, it proposes implementation plans for each stage; develops plans to inspect and review the system of facilities and procedural documents to meet the requirements of preparing to merge civil enforcement agencies.
