Over the past 5 years, the patriotic emulation movement in Dien Ban Bac ward has been widely deployed, associated with the tasks of socio -economic development, national defense - security and digital transformation, achieving many outstanding results.
The average economic growth rate is 6-7%/year, the economic structure is shifting in the right direction, the non- agricultural proportion accounts for more than 75%, the average income per capita by the end of 2024 reaches 67.55 million VND/year, an increase of more than 15% compared to the beginning of the term. The poverty rate is reduced to 0.71%, the near-poor rate is reduced to 1.37%, 20/20 residential areas have installed security camera systems, 85% of residential areas have achieved the title of "Cultural Residential Area".
Civil infrastructure was invested with 283 works and items, with a total investment of more than 173 billion VND, contributing to changing the appearance of urban and rural areas; 100% of schools maintained national standards, the rate of cultural families reached 92%; the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" developed extensively, associated with the construction of civilized urban areas.
Administrative reform and digital transformation have been promoted, people's satisfaction index has increased continuously over the years; the modern "One-stop" department serves more than 12,000 administrative records/year.
At the conference, the Ward People's Committee commended 28 collectives and 34 outstanding individuals with outstanding achievements in patriotic emulation movements, new rural construction, civilized urban areas, administrative reform and digital transformation.
The conference launched the emulation movement for the period 2025 - 2030, striving to achieve an average income of 83 million VND/person/year by 2030; 100% universal health insurance and no poor households in the ward.
