According to the People's Committee of Hoang Liet Ward, in recent days, after receiving reports of many people gathering to fish at Linh Dam Lake, the ward has issued a document assigning the Hoang Liet Ward Police to preside over and coordinate with the drainage unit to regularly notify and propagate people not to gather or fish at Linh Dam Lake. At the same time, strictly handle violations of encroachment on the roadway, sidewalks, and walking paths around Linh Dam Lake, maintaining order and urban civilization according to regulations.

In addition, the ward also assigned the Department of Culture and Society to inform local people "no bathing, no swimming, no fishing" at Linh Dam lake, on the ward's loudspeaker system and residential groups.
