Mong Cai 2 Ward: Speeding up the progress of the 90-day campaign to clean up land data

Implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee on implementing the 90-day campaign to build, enrich and clean the national land database, Mong Cai 2 ward has proactively and resolutely implemented many solutions to complete the set goals, contributing to modernizing land management and serving the people better.

The working group of the 90-day campaign to build, enrich, and clean up the national land database in Mong Cai 2 ward collected land use right certificates, house ownership certificates, and citizen identification information to serve data digitization in Thuong Trung quarter.

Immediately after receiving instructions from the province and the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the People's Committee of Mong Cai 2 Ward issued Decision No. 394/QD-UBND dated September 14, 2025, establishing a Working Group to implement the campaign; Plan No. 58/KH-UBND dated September 16, 2025, clearly assigning tasks to each member, and a roadmap for implementation for each neighborhood. The propaganda work was widely deployed, with over 30 news and articles posted and nearly 13,900 people accessing information through the loudspeaker system and the neighborhood Zalo group.

By the end of October 14, 2025, the ward had collected 2,321/6,000 records, reaching 38.6% of the plan. Of which, 15/18 neighborhoods had completed the collection of Land Use Rights Certificates, House Ownership Rights and Citizen Identification Information to serve the data digitization step. At the same time, the ward's Professional Team is scanning, cutting and digitizing data, and has so far scanned 2,321 records, entered information into the data form for 350 records.

During the implementation process, the locality encountered some difficulties such as: limited professional human resources, limited equipment, large volume of documents, and some people were still hesitant to provide personal information. The ward People's Committee proposed the province and related units to support more technical staff, digital equipment and guidance on the process of reviewing and editing data.

Mong Cai 2 Ward continues to promote propaganda, mobilize people to cooperate in providing documents, arrange flexible working hours, and strengthen daily progress monitoring. Strive to complete the collection, digitization and cleaning of land data on schedule, ensuring "correct - sufficient - clean - alive - unified - shared", contributing to the construction of a modern, transparent land database, effectively serving the state management and people in the area.
