Well prepare the content to serve the 10th Session, 15th National Assembly

The National Assembly will consider and decide on 66 contents and groups of contents, including 50 laws, 3 resolutions on legislation; 13 groups of contents on socio-economy, state budget, and other important issues of the country.

On the afternoon of October 15, at the Government Headquarters, Politburo member, Secretary of the Government Party Committee, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Politburo member, Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man co-chaired the Conference between the Government Standing Committee and the National Assembly Standing Committee to discuss and agree on a number of contents, preparing for the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly.

The 10th session of the 15th National Assembly is scheduled to take place from October 20 to December 12. At the session, the National Assembly will consider and decide on 66 contents and groups of contents, including 50 laws and 3 resolutions on legislative work; 13 groups of contents on socio -economics, the State budget, supervision and decision on other important issues of the country.

Speaking at the conference, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man affirmed that the contents that the Government, ministries and Government agencies drafted and sent to the National Assembly were urgently and seriously examined by the National Assembly Committees and agencies, and were basically agreed upon, and timely responses were provided for the Government and drafting agencies to consider.

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man requested ministries, government agencies and the National Assembly to continue to effectively implement the interconnection mechanism between the National Assembly and the Government in law-making; promote the application of technology, including artificial intelligence, in perfecting legal institutions, building a digital National Assembly, towards a smart National Assembly; promote the spirit of solidarity, unanimity, and shared responsibility, contributing to the success of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly.

Proposing ministries and agencies to continue innovating the work of law-making in the direction of both meeting timeliness and improving quality, the Prime Minister directed Deputy Prime Ministers, Ministers and heads of sectors as assigned to improve quality, ensure the time to submit draft laws and resolutions to immediately institutionalize newly issued Resolutions of the Politburo, and promptly bring the Party's policies into life./.
