The Party Committee of Truong Xuan Ward has issued a decision to establish the Executive Board of the model "Friendly Government serving the people" consisting of 6 members. At the same time, it launched a campaign for local officials and civil servants to sign a commitment to implement the model, including strictly implementing "4 requests", "4 always", "5 no's" and "7 dares".

Specifically, the “4 pleases” include: hello, sorry, thank you, permission; the “4 alwayss” include: always smile, always be gentle, always listen, always help. As for the “5 nos”, they include: no authoritarianism, arrogance, causing difficulties, causing trouble; no bureaucracy, insensitivity, irresponsibility; no corruption, waste, group interests; no flattery, lobbying, deceit; no taking advantage of position and power in performing public duties. The “7 dares” are dare to think; dare to speak; dare to do; dare to take responsibility; dare to innovate, be creative; dare to face difficulties, challenges; dare to act for the common good.

The model was born to serve people well when they come to handle administrative procedures at the ward; innovate the working style of officials and civil servants, improve and enhance the quality of service to people, contributing to raising the satisfaction index of individuals and organizations with the service of state agencies.
