PVF-CAND signs long-term contract with foreign coach, determined to be promoted to V-League

PVF-CAND Club decided to sign a 3-year contract with coach Mauro Jeronimo. This contract shows the team's trust in the Portuguese coach. Mr. Mauro is one of the youngest coaches in the 2023 National First Division. This year, coach Mauro is only 36 years old.

However, Mr. Mauro still achieved initial success with this young team. They played impressively and competed for the championship and promotion until the final round. PVF-CAND Club ranked 2nd, only behind Quang Nam Club in terms of secondary index. This was an encouraging achievement for Thanh Nhan and his teammates when PVF-CAND's squad was mainly young players trained by the team itself.

Coach Mauro signed a 3-year contract with PVF-CAND.

In preparation for the 2023/2024 season, PVF-CAND Club will soon complete a contract with striker Van Nam - who will play for the team in the second leg on loan. At this time, Van Nam will officially sign a contract and become a member of the Police team.

They have also just called back midfielder Le Van Do from the Hanoi Police Club. PVF-CAND is also negotiating contracts with 2 quality domestic defenders to strengthen the defense - which was a weak point last season. Defender Luc Xuan Hung has returned to Thanh Hoa Club after his 1-year contract expired.

PVF-CAND's main rival in the promotion race is Da Nang FC. The team on the banks of the Han River has shown its determination to be promoted when it has just recruited Nguyen Minh Quang - a player currently playing for Binh Thuan FC. Before that, they soon got the signature of Nguyen Huu Dung (Thanh Hoa FC).
