
The working group of doctors and nurses from the Provincial General Hospital brought many machines to My Ly commune, which had just suffered heavy damage from the flood. After examining more than 300 people, the doctors and nurses discovered symptoms and supported the treatment of many diseases and health problems for the people of My Ly commune.
Specifically, Dr. Que Anh Tram said that people here have encountered many diseases, causing great impacts on health. Among them, many people have symptoms of high blood pressure, coronary artery disease, vestibular disorders, osteoarthritis, gastritis, etc.

Many people experience symptoms of digestive diseases, such as urinary stones, gallstones and some other diseases and symptoms such as hepatitis A, cataracts in the elderly, scabies, contact dermatitis... For children, many show signs of malnutrition, sore throat, ear infection, digestive disorders.
Also in My Ly commune, right after the flood, a field medical station was established. Every day, doctors and nurses from the field medical station examined and treated more than 100 people. Doctor Cu Ba Chong, who was reinforced from Huoi Tu commune medical station, said that many people had flu symptoms, skin diseases, and injuries while running away from the flood and digging the ground to find property after the flood...

"Some people, due to prolonged anxiety, insomnia, and poor diet, have symptoms of vestibular disorders, headaches, anemia, and physical weakness," said Dr. Cu Ba Chong.
On August 7, Colonel Chu Huy Luong - Political Commissar of National Defense Economic Group 4 (KTQP 4) said that the unit is conducting a medical examination and providing free medicine to people in flood-affected areas in Muong Tip commune.
Doctors and nurses of the Military Medical Clinic of Military Economic Group 4 coordinated with doctors and nurses from central hospitals to examine and provide free medicine to 679 villagers in Muong Tip commune.

Through examinations of people in Ta Do, Xop Phe, Cha Lat, Huoi Khoi, and Xop Lau villages of Muong Tip commune, doctors said that the common symptoms and diseases detected and treated were mainly pneumonia, bronchitis, stomach-related diseases, urinary tract infections, high blood pressure, and skin diseases.
Along with examining and providing medicine to people with a total value of more than 200 million VND, the working group also supported 430 households affected by floods in Muong Tip commune, with a total support value of 300 million VND.

In addition to the working group of the Provincial General Hospital and My Ly field medical station, medical staff from other agencies and units in the province also promptly participated in examining, distributing medicine, and providing health care to people in flood-affected areas.
