In this evaluation and classification round, there are 3 products (mung bean and melon seed mooncakes, coconut milk mooncakes, mixed ham and melon seed mooncakes) of Minh Y establishment (address: No. 64, Lane 42, Xuan Dinh Street, Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District).
For nearly 40 years, Minh Y has continuously innovated, developed production scale, improved products, researched new products based on traditional values after many times of testing and adjusting the pure Vietnamese flavor for each cake. This flavor has been preserved over the years, becoming a unique feature of Minh Y moon cakes.
At the evaluation and classification session, the Council members commented on the design, quality, packaging process, and market expansion potential of the products, thereby evaluating and classifying each product to recognize it as an OCOP product. Through evaluation and classification, 3/3 participating products achieved 3 stars.
