At the working session, the working delegation comprehensively inspected the key work aspects of the unit. The inspection contents included: Flag salute, review of regimental ranks; inspection of military etiquette and manners; combat readiness; force building; training and staff work; combined arms tactics; regulations and regular building; physical strength; military science; Party work, political work; logistics and technical work.

Major General Nguyen Van Lich, Deputy Commander of Military Region 1, gave a speech directing the inspection.

Through the inspection, the working group assessed that Division 346 had fully prepared operational documents and lesson plans for transitioning to combat readiness; plans for natural disaster prevention and control, search and rescue, and fire and explosion prevention and control were built in accordance with regulations; force building work was carried out strictly, with a complete system of records, and troop numbers were managed in accordance with regulations; and good coordination with localities in demobilization work and management of reserve mobilization forces...

Party and political work were carried out comprehensively and effectively; the unit strictly maintained the Party's lifestyle; did a good job of political education , ideological orientation, and building political mettle and determination for officers and soldiers. Propaganda, emulation, and reward activities were organized closely, contributing to motivating soldiers to successfully complete their tasks.

Concluding the inspection, Major General Nguyen Van Lich acknowledged and commended the sense of responsibility and the results of completing the tasks of Division 346 in 2025. The Deputy Commander requested that the unit continue to thoroughly grasp the directives and resolutions of the superiors; improve the quality of training and combat readiness; strengthen the building of discipline and discipline; maintain unit safety, ensure good living conditions for soldiers, and contribute to building a strong and comprehensive "exemplary and typical" Division.
