Vietnam International Fashion Week Spring Summer 2025 attracted attention when welcoming the return of famous French designer Julien Fournié. This is the second time he attended this fashion event, since the first time in 2015.

Reuniting with Vietnamese audiences after a decade, Julien Fournié brought a collection called "First Circus", inspired by cinema, comics and music of the 1990s. According to him, this is not simply a fashion collection but "a visual performance", where each design is a character, each catwalk step is a vivid chapter of the story.

"My childhood was filled with superhero statues, manga characters, and princesses. They accompanied me through every battle. And to this day, they are still alive in my imagination," Julien Fournié shared.

In an elaborately staged musical space, the models presented the collection with a powerful and individual style, depicting the futuristic, nostalgic yet still very trendy spirit that the designer wanted to convey.

Taking on the vedette position (closing the show) is Huynh Tu Anh - Champion of The Face Vietnam 2023 and a young model who has competed at Paris Fashion Week and Milan Fashion Week.

Personally selected by designer Julien Fournié to perform the most elaborate outfit of the collection, Tu Anh made a strong impression with her sharp demeanor, confident steps and professional performance skills. The moment she strode in the intricately structured, intricately embellished design left the audience breathless.

Also at the program, Julien Fournié shared his relationship with Vietnam International Fashion Week, which began in 2013, when he met Ms. Trang Le - the program's founder and president - at a fashion event in Singapore.
Two years later, he made his first appearance at Vietnam International Fashion Week. Since then, the relationship between the two has continued to be close, with Ms. Trang Le having attended Julien Fournié's show in Paris many times and bringing Vietnam's Next Top Model runner-up Kha Van to open his show in 2016.
