On the same day, Lieutenant General Nguyen Trong Binh and the working delegation visited, encouraged and presented gifts from the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense to Mr. Dau Xuan Ky, born in 1942, a 4/4 class disabled veteran in Canh Duong commune and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Khuong, born in 1946, a 3/4 class disabled veteran in Quang Phuong commune, Quang Trach district.

On this occasion, Lieutenant General Nguyen Trong Binh authorized the Quang Binh Provincial Military Command to present 48 gifts from the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense to policy families and people with revolutionary contributions in the province.
