The Provincial People's Committee requested 4 agencies and units to manage the relic sites/sites: The Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (managing the Monument of the National Liberation Front of South Vietnam - Central Central Vietnam), Da Nang C Hospital (managing the Memorial Monument of Civilian Medical Martyrs of Zone V), and the Political Academy of Region III (managing the Memorial Site).
Party School of Zone V) and Quang Nam Provincial Youth Union (managing the Traditional Youth Activity Area of Nuoc Oa) urgently handed over the above-mentioned relic sites/sites (including all relevant records and documents) to the People's Committee of Bac Tra My district for management according to the provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decision 08 dated May 2, 2019 of the Provincial People's Committee.
The Department of Natural Resources and Environment shall preside over and coordinate with the Department of Construction, relevant agencies and units to guide the People's Committee of Bac Tra My district and the relic management agencies to prepare dossiers and procedures for granting land use right certificates for relics at the Central Central Vietnam - Nuoc Oa Revolutionary Historical Relic Site in accordance with regulations.
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism monitors, inspects and urges agencies and units to complete procedures to hand over relic sites and sites to the People's Committee of Bac Tra My district for management.
