The software for receiving citizens and managing complaints and denunciations of the province has been registered to connect and share data with the database of the Government Inspectorate and proposed to provide data sharing services through the national data integration and sharing platform.
According to the report of the Provincial People's Committee, the team of cadres and civil servants performing the task of receiving citizens and advising on resolving complaints and denunciations have been trained and coached in the work of receiving citizens and resolving complaints and denunciations, so they basically meet the requirements and assigned tasks.
It is known that since November 25, 2014, Quang Nam established the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee under the Provincial People's Committee Office. The Provincial People's Committee also directed 18/18 district-level People's Committees in the province to establish citizen reception committees at the district level.
