Quang Nam integrates more than 1,000 online public services into the National Public Service Portal

Mr. Le Ngoc Quang - Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee said that recently, the work of controlling administrative procedures and reforming administrative procedures in the province has been focused on by departments, branches and localities and achieved many positive results. The criteria on administrative procedure reform, Index 766 serving people and businesses have improved a lot; Quang Nam is often in the top 20 provinces and cities with good indexes.

As of December 11, 2024, authorized by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the directors of the departments have issued 109 decisions to announce the list of administrative procedures with 158 newly issued administrative procedures; 984 amended, supplemented, and replaced administrative procedures; 302 abolished administrative procedures under the state management of specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee. The total number of administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of localities in the National Database on Administrative Procedures is 1,856 procedures.

Up to now, Quang Nam has achieved 13.7/18 points for the task of publicity and transparency on the National Public Service Portal (DVC) Institutional Map; areas such as land, beliefs, religions, nationality... have a high rate of overdue announcement and publicity. The province has a total of more than 1,800 internal processes that have been fully established in the provincial Administrative Procedures Information System.

Regarding online public services, in 2024, the Provincial People's Committee issued 12 decisions approving the addition and amendment of the list of full and partial online public services under the management of the departments to increase the number of configured public services on the Provincial Public Service Portal to 1,831; of which 950 are full public services and 881 are partial public services. More than 1,000 online public services have been integrated into the National Public Service Portal.
