Quang Nam supports Thanh Hoa Province's Fund for the Poor with 100 million VND

At the congress, on behalf of the people and officials of Quang Nam province, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province Le Tri Thanh presented a lacquer painting of the Monument Complex of Heroic Vietnamese Mothers and supported the Fund for the Poor of Thanh Hoa province with 100 million VND.

In the history of building and defending the country, Thanh Hoa and Quang Nam are both "fence" lands of the country, always playing an important role in politics , military and economy.

In Quang Nam, many families originated from Thanh Hoa, who migrated many centuries ago and during the expansion of the South by our ancestors, especially during the time of the Nguyen Lords and the Nguyen Dynasty.

Continuing the historical roots, the close relationship between Thanh Hoa and Quang Nam provinces continues to be maintained and developed at the Thanh Hoa - Quang Nam twinning ceremony held in Thanh Hoa town (now Thanh Hoa city) since 1960.

After the two provinces, the localities of Quang Nam and Thanh Hoa also held twinning ceremonies: Thanh Hoa town with Hoi An town, Tinh Gia - Dai Loc, Hoang Hoa - Dien Ban, Dong Son - Thang Binh, Tho Xuan - Que Son, Trieu Son - Tam Ky, Nong Cong - Duy Xuyen, Nga Son - Tien Phuoc.

Through the stages of innovation and development, the Party Committee and people of Thanh Hoa - Quang Nam provinces have always turned to each other, always stood shoulder to shoulder, shared the joys and sorrows, and remained loyal and steadfast.
