Quang Ngai has dropped in both the SIPAS and PAR INDEX rankings.

(Baoquangngai.vn) - In 2024, Quang Ngai ranked 59th out of 63 provinces and cities in the Citizens' Satisfaction Index with the Services of State Administrative Agencies and 43rd out of 63 provinces and cities in the Administrative Reform Index.

The Ministry of Home Affairs has just announced the results and rankings of the Citizen Satisfaction Index with the Services of State Administrative Agencies (SIPAS) for 2024 and the Public Administration Reform Index (PAR INDEX) for 2024 of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally-administered cities.

2024 marks the 13th consecutive year that the Ministry of Interior, in coordination with local authorities and relevant agencies, has implemented and published the PAR INDEX of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally-administered cities; and the 8th year of measuring satisfaction and determining the SIPAS Index.

The national average for the SIPAS index in 2024 reached 83.94%, an increase of 1.28% compared to 2023. The top five provinces and cities were Hai Phong, Thai Nguyen, Hai Duong, Quang Ninh, and Ba Ria - Vung Tau; the five lowest-scoring provinces were Bac Kan, Lang Son, Quang Nam , An Giang, and Quang Ngai.

Meanwhile, the PAR Index for provinces and cities in 2024 continued to maintain positive growth, with the highest average value ever, reaching 88.37%, 1.39% higher than in 2023. This also marks the second consecutive time that all 63/63 localities have achieved results above 80%.

Hai Phong City topped the 2024 PAR Index ranking with a score of 96.17%, 4.3% higher and one rank higher than in 2023. Cao Bang province came in last with a score of 82.95%.

According to the published results, Quang Ngai's SIPAS index in 2024 reached 79.39%, ranking 59th out of 63 provinces and cities (a decrease of 15 ranks compared to 2023). The PAR index reached 87.88%, ranking 43rd out of 63 provinces and cities (a decrease of 16 ranks compared to 2023).
