Poverty reduction linked to sustainable development.

QNgTV - Implementing the National Target Program and poverty reduction mechanisms and policies, Quang Ngai province has focused on mobilizing, allocating, and effectively utilizing resources.

During the period 2021-2025, Quang Ngai province implemented more than 300 poverty reduction models and production development projects tailored to the specific conditions of each region, attracting the participation of 12,176 poor, near-poor, newly-escaped-from-poverty, and disadvantaged households in sustainable livelihood activities.

Notably, the province has supported the development and replication of more than 20 effective poverty reduction models, while also approving and implementing hundreds of projects to support the development of production, business, services, and community tourism, creating conditions for people to not only receive assistance but also become self-reliant in economic development.

According to the plan, by the end of 2025, the poverty rate in Quang Ngai province will decrease from 4.27% to 1.86%, achieving the target set for 2025.
