According to a quick report from the Examination Council of the Departmentof Education and Training of Quang Ninh, on the first day of the High School Graduation Exam in Literature in the whole province, 159 candidates did not attend the exam, of which 62 were exempted, 57 were sick and 40 dropped out; The examination invigilation work of the Examination Council was organized seriously, safely and in accordance with regulations .
The whole province organizes 1 examination council with 40 examination sites (an increase of 3 examination sites compared to 2024) located at educational institutions that meet the requirements for organizing the examination, ensuring compliance with the examination regulations, convenience for candidates and safety for the organization of the examination.
To ensure the honesty, objectivity and fairness of the high school graduation exam, inspection and examination by the three levels of ministry, province and department will be carried out at all stages.
This year's exam will take place on June 26 and 27, 2025. Candidates taking the exam under the 2018 General Education Program will take 4 subjects, including 2 compulsory subjects: Literature and Mathematics; 2 optional subjects are from Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Geography, Economic and Legal Education, Information Technology, Industrial Technology, Agricultural Technology, Foreign Languages (English, Russian, French, Chinese, German, Japanese and Korean).
Candidates can choose to register for the exam according to the 2006 General Education Program with 4 sessions and 4 exams, including: Literature, Math, Natural Science or Social Science and Foreign Language.
On the morning of June 26, candidates will take the Literature exam (120 minutes, essay); in the afternoon, they will take the Math exam (90 minutes, multiple choice).
To organize the exam successfully, the Department of Education and Training of Quang Ninh coordinated with the Provincial Police and the Department of Health to mobilize 3,500 officers, teachers and employees to participate in the exam supervision task according to the Exam Regulations and instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training. At the same time, it directed localities and functional agencies to strengthen coordination and fully deploy conditions on facilities, human resources, security and order, health and disease prevention at the exam sites; strengthen traffic safety and traffic flow at the exam sites to best support candidates and parents.
