Facing difficulties and challenges, Quang Yen Power Company has received timely support both materially and spiritually from other units, including Ninh Binh Power Company Limited, a member of the Northern Power Corporation. With full equipment and maximum human resources, it has supported the locality to restore and rebuild electric poles and connect broken and broken points.

According to Mr. Tran Dang Son, Director of Ninh Binh Power Company Limited: Assigned by Vietnam Electricity Group and Northern Power Corporation to support localities severely affected by storm No. 3, Ninh Binh Power Company Limited has established shock teams, mobilized experienced and capable contractors to deploy support for Quang Ninh, in which the company was assigned to support the restoration of the power grid of Quang Yen town. We have focused resources since September 9, and have now restored a number of power lines to supply electricity to central areas. We will continue to work here until all problems are resolved, providing stable power supply to people in the area.

According to the report of Quang Yen Town Electricity, after the storm passed, Quang Yen's power system was severely damaged with over 1,100 low-voltage poles falling and tilting; 433 medium-voltage poles falling and tilting; 10 transformer stations damaged. Quang Yen Electricity mobilized all human resources, specialized machinery and equipment, with the help of the Northern Power Corporation, the Central Power Corporation and other units to overcome difficulties and fix the problem. However, with a large amount of work, the unit has only been able to restore power to about 50% of wards and communes in the area.

Mr. Nguyen Tien Thanh (Zone 6, Nam Hoa Ward, Quang Yen Town) said: In the past few days, we have witnessed the hard and dangerous work of the electricity officers and employees and we are very impressed. They work enthusiastically, sometimes working through lunch to try to rebuild fallen and broken electric poles, reconnect broken lines or repair transformer stations. Although the power outage has been long, we understand and sympathize with the difficulties that our comrades in the electricity industry are facing. We, the people, have told each other to adjust all our activities and lives accordingly, sharing the difficulties with the electricity industry until the power is restored.
