Rakuten Viber has just officially launched free support tools for small and medium-sized businesses in the Vietnamese market.
Features include public business profiles, catalog item visibility, QR code integration into business profiles, marketing tools, advanced chat functionality, and business analytics.
These features are expected to help businesses reach customers online more easily. The tool helps businesses increase their online presence and manage their interactions with customers effectively. Before officially launching in the Vietnamese market, Viber has successfully applied this toolkit in Greece and the Philippines.
With the public business profile feature, businesses can create a detailed business page with useful information for their customers, including name, company logo, category, description, hours of operation, website, and additional contact numbers.
For the catalog item display tool, business owners can showcase up to 50 products or services on Viber, including item names, prices, images, and descriptions.
Viber also integrates QR codes into business accounts, making it easy for businesses to share links to their business profiles via QR codes. Users can also conveniently access pages and media on the business's website or social networks.
Sharing about the implementation of support functions for small and medium enterprises in Vietnam, Mr. Ofir Eyal, CEO of Rakuten Viber, believes in the usefulness of the toolkit to the business process of enterprises. Small businesses are the backbone of every local economy .
“With our latest service, we support them wherever they are and help them successfully navigate the competitive landscape of the digital marketplace. The rollout of our user-friendly self-service platform is a testament to our commitment as a super app to help business owners access cost-effective digital tools that meet their unique needs,” said Ofir Eyal.
