Pulchra Resort project invested 12 million USD with FDI capital located on the coast of Da Nang, closed and abandoned after a period of operation.

Pulchra Resort project covers an area of about 10 hectares, located in Ngu Hanh Son district. The first phase of the project included 31 villas designed in the Cham architectural style. It was put into operation for a while in January 2013 but then abandoned until now.
