Pulchra Resort project covers an area of about 10 hectares, located in Ngu Hanh Son district. The first phase of the project included 31 villas designed in the Cham architectural style. In January 2013, it was put into operation for a while but then abandoned until now.
This is the first tourism project in the city built with 100% Japanese FDI capital and the second overseas project of P&I Enterprise Company.

The project is located on the road connecting Da Nang and Hoi An ancient town, near golf courses and coastal resorts, 9.2 km from Da Nang city center, 14.1 km from the airport. Considered the most prime location in the city.
The project has 18 garden villas, 11 lake villas and 2 beachfront villas. However, according to the reporter's records, this resort has closed.
From outside to inside, grass grows wildly everywhere.
Trees and grass grow wildly around the villas.
Behind the villas is also deserted due to long-term lack of care.
Inside the villas, many furnishings remain but show signs of deterioration.
The entrance to the villas is covered with grass.
Swimming pools left abandoned for a long time become places where algae grows, and are home to insects and mosquitoes.
The main gate of the project is closed and quiet.
The brick wall built in Cham architecture and the resort's name are right in front of the main gate. According to research, the price to rent a villa here used to range from 8-14 million VND/night.
