Hoang Gia DL Joint Stock Company, the investor of the golf club building on Cu Hill - Da Lat, Lam Dong, has just sent a document to the authorities at all levels of Da Lat City and a number of units about complying with the demolition of constructions violating construction order in Cu Hill golf course.

Accordingly, this enterprise invited representatives of the People's Committee of Da Lat City, the People's Committee of Ward 1 and a number of construction units of the Golf Club Building project to Doi Cu Golf Course to witness and coordinate the dismantling of illegal constructions.

The demolition of illegal constructions on Cu Hill in Da Lat will begin at 9am on June 11.

Previously, the People's Committee of Da Lat City issued a notice requesting Hoang Gia DL Joint Stock Company to dismantle the entire area of ​​illegal construction (more than 20,000 m²) within 15 days, starting from May 21.

On May 29, the Department of Construction of Lam Dong province issued a decision to revoke the only building license in Cu Hill, Da Lat, granted by the Department of Construction for part of the basement of golf service block 1 of the Cu Hill Golf Club building - Da Lat, with an area of ​​over 2,600 m².

The reason is that the investor did not fix the illegal construction with a total area of ​​more than 20,000 ^m2 .

Regarding this project, last May, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Lam Dong province reviewed the regulations on land and environment for the golf club building. Accordingly, in the investment certificate issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Lam Dong province for the 10th adjustment on June 15, 2022 to Hoang Gia DL Joint Stock Company, there was an addition of the golf club building project with a total area of ​​15,670 m², including more than 5,600 m² of protective forest land.

Compared with the provisions of Point b, Clause 1, Article 6; Clause 4, Article 7 of Decree No. 52/2020-ND-CP in 2020, the area of ​​more than 5,600 m² of protective forest land is included in the project's supplementary items, the land use conditions for implementing the golf course project are not allowed. Therefore, the conditions for changing the purpose of use for the above-mentioned protective forest land area to implement the project are not met.

Lam Dong Province Department of Natural Resources and Environment admitted to negligence when it previously proposed changing the purpose of use of more than 5,600 square meters of protective forest land without reviewing the regulations in Decree No. 52/2020-ND-CP.
